During Covid, I followed my heart to Montana for a fresh start, and Big Sky quickly stole my heart. Fun fact: I have two incredible daughters who also work in wellness—it runs in the family! What I love most about what I do is connecting with my clients, sharing a laugh, and reminding them that self-care isn’t just a treat—it’s a must. Let’s glow together!
